The committee works to ensure the church buildings and grounds are in best possible order for the church’s worship, mission, ministry and outreach programs. They advise the Vestry and Rector of issues regarding maintenance, repair or replacement. The committee and sexton work closely with contractors, technicians, staff and other volunteers to ensure access and good communication. When needed, the committee will organize work parties of volunteers for ‘clean-up’ tasks, and minor maintenance and repairs in the buildings and grounds.
